Colombian artist, born in Neiva Huila the year 1967, relentless in his search for a style that has led him to delve into the primitive area but his passion for the nude has motivated him to express with great realism, sobriety and elegance without leaving the exquisite artistic touch, works that bear the stamp is characteristic of Master Rivera. Alex has been painting since use of reason to be a self-taught artist, without detract from the quality and technicians that have always characterized it. In the present continues to expand the research travs the territory of different techniques to apply in their work, adapting the watercolor, Leo and other experiments. Alex exercises his talents as an artist in a number of areas: recreating the evocative, conveying sensuality, releasing a stream of lyricism. All these qualities are the essence of his art. Nicos languages in his paintings and works on leo are derived from various personal experiences. Alex's inner vision emerges in a direct confrontational manner. One of the recurring themes is the traditional interpretation of the human body-color abstract elements that create a feeling of emotional isolation. This isolation is intertwined with a sensuality in his images that escape many social conventions. The Artist is intrigndonos lot of us made AFTER his visual language. You just wonder where we take afterwards. Victor Hugo Triana Poet, Writer, Art Critic and Catedrtico University.
